Skiing right at the farm

The Sonnenberg lift in Gries im Sellrain is idyllically located directly at our Hoisnhof. Here you can dare your first skiing attempts without any waiting time. With a location from 1.185 to 1.275 Hm the Sonnenberglift is particularly snow-sure.

The platter lift and the free magic carpet are open daily from mid-December to mid-March and guarantee snow and fun for the whole family! Every Saturday, as well as on Tuesdays during the Christmas and semester vacations, the perfectly groomed slope is also bathed in brilliant floodlight at night. With the Kühtai-Hochötz ski pass you have two ski areas at your disposal. 88 kilometers of slopes at all levels of difficulty whisk away beginners, pros and freeriders alike to one of the most snow-sure areas. The free ski bus ensures mobility between the regions. The entrance to the Hochötz ski area is located in Ochsengarten for skiers from Kühtai.

This is no longer a secret to our local ski-mounatineering enthuiasts: The Sellraintal valley is a true paradise for those who want to explore the mountains on skis. There are different routes available with a wide range of difficulty levels.
